PEMCO is seeking State Certified FHA Appraisers in the following counties/ parishes:
ALABAMA – all counties (with the exception of Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega, Limestone, Madison, Morgan, Marshall, Cullman & Walker Counties)
ALASKA – all areas (with the exception of Anchorage)
CALIFORNIA - Del Norte, Inyo, Marin, Mendocino, Siskiyou
COLORADO – Archuleta
HAWAII – Hawaii, Maui
KANSAS - Anderson, Chautauqua, Geary, Greenwood, Lyon, Pratt, Rice, Rush, Russell
KENTUCKY – All counties
LOUISIANA - Sabine
MISSISSIPPI – all counties (with the exception of Jackson, Harrison, Hancock, Tunica, Tate, Desoto, Marshall Counties)
MISSOURI – Adair, Camden, Gentry, Henry, Hickory, Moniteau, Montgomery, Morgan, Phelps, Pike, Sainte Genevieve, Sullivan
NEW MEXICO - Luna
OREGON – Baker, Benton, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Jackson, Klamath, Lane, Malheur, Morrow, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Union, Wasco
TEXAS – Brown, Colorado, Ector, Jack, Newton, Orange, Robertson
UTAH – Beaver
