Announcing PEMCO, LTD’s CONTRACT COMPLIANCE POLICY for errors on contract package submission: In the interest of fairness to all participants and in order to expedite the bid and sale process of HUD owned properties, PEMCO, Ltd. will no longer accept bid packages with omissions or mathematical errors.This Contract Compliance Policy will be in full force and effect beginning with the July 15th, 2000 bid opening. To be acceptable, all documents must be received simultaneously, be error free and be delivered within the allotted time period. For details, go to “Brokers/Realtors – Bidding Instructions”. The original documentation must match the electronic bid and all required addenda and a copy of the earnest money deposit in its appropriate form (Cashiers Check or Money Order only) must be included. Under no circumstances will documentation rejected for omissions or errors be subject to reconsideration or reinstatement.Posting of bid winners on the Internet is to be considered a tentative award subject to review and acceptance of all required documentation.
