AGENT TRAINING

PEMCO, Ltd. offers a variety of HUD-related training courses, both with and without CE Credit, for realtors who participate in Georgia HUD Sales. Training classes are available state-wide and we hope to have more classes and new topics related to Georgia HUD Sales available soon. Please feel free to email our Training Coordinator with topic suggestions and/or class location recommendations.

Successfully Selling HUD Homes in GA – “THE” Agent Training Course.

This course should be taken by all agents involved in Georgia’s HUD Home Sales Process. The class provides proper policies and procedures regarding all aspects of the HUD Home Selling Process, as well as how-to's on registering with HUD, placing an online bid, advertising and showing properties, writing sales contracts, and much more.

Successfully Selling HUD Homes in GA courses are available in several formats:

-    Attend a CE Class

o    Individual agents can register online to take a CE Version of the class, managed by our training subcontractor, the Georgia Training Center.  This class is 3 hours long, is 3 CE credits, and will cost $25/attendee. Click here to view the schedule of PEMCO’s HUD-Related Education CE Classes.*

§   Individual agents who do not need or want CE Credit, but need to get into a training class can either host a training session at their office for their entire brokerage or can attend an already scheduled CE Class free of charge, space permitting.  Please email PEMCO’s Training Coordinator to make arrangements.

-    Host a CE Class at your office for your entire team and/or other local agents

o    Please email PEMCO’s training coordinator to set up a class.  This class is 3 hours long, is 3 CE credits, and will cost $25/attendee.

-    Host a non-CE training class at your office for your entire team and/or other local agents

o    Please email PEMCO’s training coordinator to set up a class.  This class is approximately 2 hours long, does not provide CE credit, and is free for all attendees.

For in-house training at your office, we cordially request that you ensure you will have groups or capacity to seat 20+ attendees.  If your group or capacity is smaller, please contact PEMCO’s training coordinator for alternate options.  Many times, we can make arrangements for you to attend an alternate, already scheduled class.

Because we know that getting new training and fulfilling continuing education requirements is important to agents, we also offer a variety of HUD-related CE Classes through the Georgia Training Center, with Ms. Cathy McDaniel as the instructor for PEMCO-endorsed HUD-related CE Training.
