CLASSES
PEMCO’s “Successfully Selling HUD Homes in Georgia”
classes are offered on a regular basis across the state
of Georgia.
Course Description:
This course, taught directly by PEMCO
team members, should be taken by all agents involved in
Georgia’s HUD Home Sales Process. The class provides
proper policies and procedures regarding all aspects of
the HUD Home Selling Process, as well as info on registering with HUD,
placing an online bid, advertising, showing
properties, writing sales contracts, and much more.
